Shipping information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we serve hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we provide you with the highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, tailoring, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes to ship the items from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes 7-15 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items generally take 5-10 days to reach their destination, but may take longer from time to time.

The client is responsible for any extra taxes that their country (outside of Mexico) may implement.
